WEIGHING FOR AGRICULTURE

KINEO has a specific weighing solution for agriculture in portable or fixed format, with two platform sizes to accommodate any type of low pressure tyre. The control electronics are housed inside an ABS case to withstand the harsh field conditions, and the platforms are extremely robust, more than enough to weigh any agricultural machinery

The weighing system comprises two EG-10 platforms with aluminium on/off ramps. Optionally, the system can also be fitted flush with the ground, or a levelling approach path and metal plates can be added for weighing on uneven ground.

Weighing platforms are constructed with a reinforced steel structure and protected with non-slip polyurethane paint. We have 730x450x76 mm and 900x800x76 mm formats and load cells with extra protection to prevent damage by slipping.

Each weighing platform has four SBC-type stainless steel load cells with IP67 rating. The system is connected to the indicator by means of 1 shielded cable per platform and quick connectors and has an RCU for control from the vehicle while in motion. Typical calibration is 10 Tm/5 Kg per wheel (20 Tm/10 Kg per axle), with the possibility of calibration up to 30 Tm per axle. The system has a remote control for controlling the system while on board the vehicle.
