APPLIED SOLUTIONS:
Historically, the concrete pavement of Transmilenio’s private lanes has suffered a high degree of deterioration. In the works to extend Calle 6ª, the builder ICEIN installed a monitoring point with deflection gauges and an axle-based weighing system to measure the load that triggers the impact signal in pavement sensors. We use the KINEO BP bending plate as it is the best solution for medium-speed data capture (up to 60 kph) and is extremely rugged. The system reports data via GPRS to the control centre for variable analysis purposes.
RESULT:
Inclusion of a highly reliable, robust system and unattended use for weigh stations.
