ELECTRONIC CONTROL FOR SPEED CONTROL

At KINEO we have fixed electronic control solutions for gantry or side installation with vandal-resistant enclosure, and portable tripod-mounted or onboard solutions. Doppler or laser technology and section speed radar using vehicle licence plate recognition (LPR-ANPR).

We work with Spanish manufacturers who have systems approved by the Spanish Metrology Centre, meaning local certification tests should not be difficult to pass. Moreover, in some countries they may even accept the certification of the Spanish model, so it is only necessary to certify the permanent location, where appropriate.

This KINEO equipment generates evidence that will serve to support the levying of penalties or fines, after a validation process by public officials, as established by the regulations in each country. In some cases, customers will already have penalty management platforms in place, with KINEO integrating the validated evidence database and continuing the process within this corporate environment. In other electronic control cases, KINEO can manage up to the issuance of the penalty slip or fine in compliance with applicable local legislation.
