DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF WEIGH STATIONS

KINEO has vast experience in analysing the designs of weigh stations, load control centres and industrial access control with integration of weighing systems. We analyse a multitude of project specifications at international level, meaning we have a broad view of the options that can be considered in relation to the subsystems to be integrated or the constraints of the available site.

We also have extensive experience in site selection in relation to transport flows, so as to maximise the impact of the investment. For this purpose, vehicle traffic studies and socioeconomic forecasts are conducted to make projections both for the present and future.

Our analysis capability is completed by our experience in installing and integrating multiple systems for weighing, control and classification of vehicle traffic, dimensional calculation and identification of vehicles, loads and people in each weigh station. This gives us a complementary vision to project engineering without practical experience, and is applicable to the design and installation of industrial control systems, often integrated with access control systems in ports, factories, co-ops, etc.

We have multiple references since 2006 in turnkey systems in Spain, Kuwait, Peru, Portugal, Chile, Colombia, Honduras, etc. We have designed, supervised, installed, commissioned, certified according to each standard, trained operators and maintenance technicians, and provided preventive and corrective support for weigh stations.
