AUTOMATIC CONTAINER CODE RECOGNITION (ACCR)

System for automatic identification and access control of the standardised codes carried by containers, whether on board trucks, in cranes used in loading or unloading operations, or on board trains. These operations can take place in ports, dry inland ports and logistics platforms in general.

The ACCR access control system developed by KINEO is based on the ARH engine, which has dozens of references worldwide. KINEO already has ACCR lanes installed in the port of Malta and in a logistics platform in Valencia.

The system is usually integrated with automatic recognition of front and sometimes rear vehicle plates, recording of container passage for registration of any damage, detection of vehicles without containers so as to avoid registering an unidentified vehicle with container, etc. The system automatically detects cases of trucks with two 20-foot containers, identifying both units.

KINEO offers turnkey installation of the access control system and lane sensors or the supply of software and hardware for customer installation with remote configuration and software loading. In this case, KINEO sends the specifications for the width of the gantry or supports for the detection cameras and sensors and the inductive loops for monitoring the vehicle’s travel, flow regulation barrier, traffic signal or lane availability panel, etc., in order to ensure the best detection scenario.

The unique database generated by each vehicle can be integrated in a customer’s corporate application or operated through the web interface with KINEO ACCESS CONTROL, being able to add driver identification data to each record using biometric technology, RFID, etc., which can be acquired during access control before or after the ACCR gantries.
